Ron Tenenbaum
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ron Tenenbaum is the principal founder of The Clinician, with 15 years of clinical experience as a neurosurgeon and a special interest in both clinical innovation and value-based healthcare.
Michael Sherrard
General Manager
Michael has 30 years experience across multiple sectors in research, strategy and the implementation of patient journey initiatives from his time as Managing Principal of IMS Health (acquired by IQVIA).
Tam Hankinson
Chief Commercial Officer
Helping co-found The Clinician, Tam brings close to 20 years of commercial healthcare experience to the team from her senior sales and business development roles at Johnson & Johnson, Servier and Informa.
Nikki Lorigan
Chief Financial Officer
As a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years’ experience working within commercial and private practice, Nikki brings a strong focus on operational and technology improvements to enhance business efficiency.
Aviel Tenenbaum
Director of Strategy
A former Senior VP of Global Sales and Marketing at ECI Telecom and PeerApp, Aviel has considerable experience driving business growth, strategic planning and promoting digital transformation.
Darryl Grauman
Head of R&D
Darryl is an experienced senior technology leader with expertise in cloud strategy, governance and management, helping The Clinician deliver groundbreaking, world class healthcare solutions to global markets.
A word from our CEO
The Clinician’s journey started with ‘Value-based Healthcare’ adoption very much in its nascency and few tools available to bring systematic outcomes measurement and analysis to life.
Today, it’s pleasing to say, that picture is very different with many providers, payers and policymakers having shifted from thought to action. Organisations are establishing teams for value-based care implementation, health systems are mandating collection of patient-reported measures (PROMs & PREMs), and the conversation has moved from “Why should we do this?” to “How can we do this?”.
In all of this, our role has been to help organisations on their value-based care journey, providing the implementation expertise and technology needed to bring systematic measurement and utilisation of PROMs / PREMs to life.
